With wedding season in full-bloom, more and more brides-to-be are seeking to walk down the isle in an unconventional, contemporary dress. Ditching the traditional white wedding, trend reports highlight dresses in hues of grey, blush, and nudes. And they’re not only changing up the color palette, but also cutting the hem-line above the knee. Minimalist minis emanate the spontaneity and confidence that speaks to today’s modern woman, and we couldn’t have been more thrilled when Vancouver’s Carla Benzan sent us her wedding photos wearing an Obakki draped skirt sleeveless dress in grey.
